Founded in November 2020, ZKR Capital is an investment holding company with offices in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.
The founding shareholders are Zahid Fakey, Rayhaan Adam, Kurren Naicker and weFEEDsa.
Our main purpose of existence is:
• To contribute to a positive social impact in South Africa by generating a sustainable and predictable dividend stream (versus relying on ad hoc donations) for weFEEDsa which income will be used for their CSI initiatives;
• Be the evolution of change in the growing private equity industry by being the pre-eminent investment company for entrepreneur led businesses, family-owned businesses and multinationals operating in South Africa seeking a minority and value adding investor; and
• Invest in long term cash generative assets yielding an above average financial return for our investors and shareholders.
ZKR Capital is led by an experienced management team with an enviable track record in founding, investing, growing and managing successful businesses.
